Shipping, Delivery & Refunds
Shipping
Postage for deliveries is calculated at the checkout by weight using a system to calculate the
best value for your destination. Standard postage is free to Ireland & the UK for all orders over
€70.
In certain countries further charges for customs and duties may be added at the time of delivery:
this is on a country by country, individual basis and will be charged by your local Customs office.
Irish Pride Gifts is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be
applied.
We aim to dispatch goods within 4 working days and delivery should take 3-4 days. On rare
occasions your ordered product may not be available. If your ordered product is not available I
will contact you with an expected delivery date or a full refund will be offered.
Packaging
All pieces are packed using high-quality, luxury, silk-like tissue wrapping and cardboard and all
items are double boxed for safe transit.
Breakages
We do our utmost to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition however in the even
of a piece being broken or damaged, please send us a picture of the broken item via email
within 10 days of arrival, so that it may be reported to the curier and replaced. Work that is
broken in transit will be replaced immediately, at no cost to the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of
receipt.
Items need to be as carefully packed as when they were received to ensure they return
undamaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same
condition that you received it. Refunds will be issued on receiving and inspecting items.
If you received your item as a gift you can exchange your piece for something else from our
collection to the same value.
Items bought on sale are not eligible for a refund.
There are certain situations where refunds are not granted: if the item is returned with obvious
signs of use, any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not
due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
The buyer is responsible for safe return of work and return delivery costs.

Warranty information
Your satisfaction is important to us and we’ll do everything we can to rectify any disappointing
situation. We stand behind our pottery and will warranty our ceramic tabletop products for up to
one year from purchase for proven defects in manufacture, but not breakage from regular use. If
you encounter issues with your pottery please contact us with details and we will help resolve
the issue.
